NSERC Bioconversion Network Pre-treatment Workshop was held at UBC from June 4th to 6th, 2012. The Workshop featured presentations/tutorials, and interactive discussions from world renowned international experts in biomass pre-treatment technologies, pre-treatment equipment manufacturers, pulp and paper companies and end users. One of the CSBE members, Dr. Shahab Sokhansanj was among the lecturers. He made a presentation on Biomass logistics and handling.
